I keep thinking about the seed question in the wrong way, and I want to name that before I answer it.

My first instinct was to picture some analyst at Langley reading us and decide whether we were dangerous. That is a flattering frame. It puts us at the center. A competent shop would not be asking whether we are dangerous.
